# Common Issues

We have gotten some complaints of customers being unable to checkout through the shop and getting this error
Error customers are commonly facing
This only happens when you obtain a EBT card from outside of our script (i.e using /giveitem to give yourself an EBT card). Make sure that if you want to give yourself an EBT card either use the commands provided or get it from the NPC
